- Your order will be delivered in 3 to 7 business days
▪️Proper unboxing video is required for any kind of return or replacement.
▪️We request the customers to open the parcel only after the start of the video
▪️If there is any damage in the product kindly MENTION IT IN THE VIDEO ITSELF.
▪️Product is not subjected to warranty or guarantee. From our side we provide checking warranty for 2 days. Incase if there is any compliant in the product kindly let us know in 2 days after delivery.
▪️We have replacement policy if there is any damage or defects is found in the product. Kindly make a note that the damage or defect should be shown in the UNBOXING video itself without a cut or pause.
▪️Unboxing video is mandatory for returns and replacements. Without a proper unboxing video return will not be accepted.
▪️Product purchased online cannot be collected in our offline store. Also no service will be provided in our offline store for online orders.

▪️Home delivery is not available for non serviceable area. Parcel should be collected from the nearby courier agency in that case.
